My stay at the hotel was quite frustrating. We arrived late for check-in only to find out our room wasn't ready, leaving us and our kids waiting for hours in the cold. While the location was decent, the cleanliness and service left much to be desired, especially considering the price. There were some issues with communication and follow-up, which made the experience disappointing overall.

The room was not clean upon arrival and had a lingering odor. We ended up waiting a long time for it to be ready, which impacted our stay. Rating: 3/10
